Basically… is Toxic Language
I thought that ending sentences in ..like, OK? was annoying. But I have revised my thinking. The word that is even more annoying is “Basically.” Pay attention to this for the next couple days and see if you notice how many times people overuse this word. ANY word that becomes an annoying habit is Toxic.
Here is my take. People really don’t care how they communicate and that, in itself, created Toxic People, conflict and misunderstood communications.
So here’s the question. How often do YOU use “Basically?”
