Is Knowledge Really Power?

OK – here we go! In my pre-op meeting today, the nurse reminded us that the more knowledge you have, the more quickly you will recover from knee replacement surgery. But I was thinking, doesn’t that have a broader application? I was given pre-op exercises that I’ve been doing for over 3 months. My doctor gave me knowledge, I took action so know the future will be better. That is life in a nutshell.

Here is the problem. There are many people who have knowledge, they just don’t take action. Continue to challenge yourself to take risk, and most importantly do something. Nothing will happen without your active participation. So what will you do?

The number one New Years Resolution is to be more healthy and lose weight. Actually paying attention to your fitness and girth can help your business success. Here’s how. The fact is companies are choosing this route in an effort to cut health care costs and reduce the number of people having to be laid off. Toxic Soup: How you create health

I am currently at Rancho La Puerta in Tecate Mexico enjoying a wonderful respite with friends. Listening to lectures on health and participating in many activities is not only good for my mind, but also my body. Here is what I’ve learned so far and messages that I’ve been reminded about:
